• Download the appropriate version for your operating system architecture.
• Extract the contents of the ZIP file into the PowerToys modules directory.

  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins
  After extraction, ensure there is a folder named SVGL inside the plugin's folder (as per the path mentioned above).
• Restart PowerToys, and you're all set!
